03.05.10 - Registration has been extended until Monday 03.08.10. After this time, registration fees will increase and our group code will not work. You will be subject to the current hotel's booking rates after this date. Don't miss out on a chance to share fun and good times with your firends!!01.25.10 - Due to our new hotel not being completed in time, our Roundup has moved to Courtyard Riverwalk by Marriott. If you have booked your reservation prior to this date, nothing needs to be done on your part. They are moving the reservations for us. We have been offered the same rate of $99.00 + tax per night and free internet (wireless and hard-wired) in every room. This hotel is right on the Riverwalk and has a beautiful view. RealWorldATC has contracted with Courtyard Riverwalk. Courtyard Riverwalk has offered us King or Queen rooms for $99.00 per night either single or double occupancy. This means $99.00 + tax per night for the whole shin dig!
Courtyard Riverwalk has provided us with Reservation Codes that will be given to you with your registration.
The registration fee is $25.00 for members and $20.00 for any additional person that the member brings. You MUST register on this website prior to the event.
